Its use is highly restricted and is prohibited without prior permission. Requests for use of the UNODC logo for any reason whatsoever, whether or not in association with other logos, must be addressed to DMP contact person. If permission for use of the UNODC logo is granted, instructions for its placement and display, including related disclaimers, must be strictly adhered to. The use and reproduction of content containing the UNODC logo must not be in association with advertising or with the names of proprietary products and must not imply UNODC's endorsement of products or services in any way. UNODC reserves the right to request the immediate removal of its logo from unauthorized websites or products.
8. Linking to the Drugs Monitoring Platform Website
UNODC encourages users to establish hyperlinks to the DMP website and prior permission is not required. The UNODC logo should not be included when linking to the DMP website, unless prior permission has been granted.
Materials provided on this Site are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The United Nations specifically does not make any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any such Materials. The United Nations periodically adds, changes, improves or updates the Materials on this Site without notice. Under no circumstances shall the United Nations be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered that is claimed to have resulted from the use of this Site, including, without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay with respect thereto. 10. Preservation of immunities
Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or a waiver of the privileges and immunities of the United Nations, which are specifically reserved.
The United Nations reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. The United Nations shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
The United Nations reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.

Except for authorized investigations and to maintain required correspondence files, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Raw data logs are used to determine the number of users and, occasionally, which general domains are accessing the DMP website. Any information provided to DMP by users is held with the utmost care and security, and is not used in any manner or in any additional site-specific policies other than described in Section 2, without users' explicit consent. All United Nations employees who have access to or are associated with the processing of personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of official business matters, including personal data.
13. Notification of amendments
UNODC reserves the right to amend this policy at its own discretion. Notifications of any significant amendment will be posted on this page.
